Renewio ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Yoosuf Humaid. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Renewio mobile app and website.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on servers in Japan (ap-northeast-1). Some service providers, including Apple and RevenueCat, may process data in the United States. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Renewio Pro is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system and managed using RevenueCat, a subscription management platform. We do not process or store your card details — this is handled entirely by Apple. RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription status to manage your Pro access. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment data: apple.com/legal/privacy. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to subscription data: revenuecat.com/privacy.
We send push notifications to remind you of upcoming expiries. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.

Renewio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
